This view allow you to Add new user and the associated role (See the list of role here). They will receive an email to indicate they have be added to Semactic on your project or for existing user, they will be notified they have been added to a new project.

Once the user is added, you can delete the user using the bin icon. You can also edit the user data or assign the user to new projects.
