You can add as many keywords as you like, within the limits of your subscription and options (400 keywords for Start, 1200 for Grow, and 500 for Expand - excluding options).
There are no real limit regarding the number of labels.
How do I go about adding keywords?
- Go to the “Visibility” tab
- Click on the “Add new keyword” button
- You have 2 options for adding your keywords:
- Either type in your keywords or copy and paste them directly into the window on the right.
- In this case, you just need to associate at least one label with them.
- And click “Save”. And that’s it!
This is the most practical solution when you only have a few keywords to add within a theme.
- Or you can use the “Bluk keywords” function, which lets you download an Excel file containing your keywords and associated labels.
- In this case, we recommend you first click on “Download” to get our template and make sure you have the right file format.
It should contain just one sheet and 2 columns: one for the keywords, and one for the labels associated with each keyword, separated by a comma, like in the Template here below

- Once your file is ready and in the right format, all you have to do is upload it to the platform.
